VIP Buyer ServiceOur VIP Buyer House Hunter Service was developed to make the home-hunting process both easier and less time consuming for you. Many buyers find the traditional home buying process very frustrating, because it’s usually the agent who controls which homes you will view, but with Klein Properties and Investment’s Buyer Team, it’s YOU, the Buyer, who decides which homes you will take the time to view.
On a regular basis you will receive information on all NEW listings that match your criteria. Please view this information and if possible, drive by the homes that appeal to you. Once you have decided which properties you wish to go through, please call us and we will immediately schedule an appointment for viewing.
Remember that we can show you any available property, regardless of the real estate agent or company listing the property. As part of our FREE House Hunter Service, all we ask is that when you wish to view any of these properties, you call us directly to set up an appointment at (928) 443-8503, allowing us some time to help us serve you better and obtain appointments for the homes you want to see.
We have included a list of the best buys and distress sale listings in the Prescott area. Please call us at any time should you have questions or if at any time you want to change your search criteria (price range, location, style, square footage, etc.). That’s no problem, just let us know. We are happy to assist you in any way possible.
